As a Strategy Lead, you will drive our company’s strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, and shape the roadmap for the future. 

Your role as Strategy Lead 

As Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brainbay’s long-term strategy. You will lead strategic planning processes, align goals, and translate vision into actionable roadmaps. By working closely with our management team and product owners, you will help define the company’s strategic priorities and drive key growth initiatives. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen brainbay’s market position and commercial success; 

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities; 

• Lead the prioritization of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives; 

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, finance, and leadership teams; 

• Lead key strategic projects that support brainbay’s growth and business expansion. 

• Challenge and refine strategic choices, balancing ambition with feasibility.

Requirements: 

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field; 

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or business development (consulting background is a plus); 

• A creative and analytical mindset, eager to explore new opportunities and challenge the status quo; 

• Strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills; 

• Affinity with real estate, technology, and data-driven business models (SaaS, application development); 

• Proactive, result-driven, and structured in execution; 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; 

• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
